    Playmaker sends transactional and operational SMS messages related to home service appointment workflows. Messages are not used for marketing or promotional purposes.

    B. Customer SMS Opt-In

    Customers opt in when they provide their phone number through a Playmaker-powered service request form, phone intake process, or client intake workflow and agree to receive appointment-related SMS messages.

    Messages may include appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, technician arrival updates, service request updates, and follow-up instructions.

    Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Customers may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

    C. Business User / Dispatcher SMS Opt-In

    Business dispatchers, owners, managers, technicians, and other authorized staff opt in during onboarding when they provide their mobile number and confirm that they want to receive operational SMS notifications from Playmaker.

    Messages may include pending job request alerts, appointment approval requests, scheduling updates, dispatcher notifications, workflow alerts, and related operational updates.

    D. Example Customer Consent Language
